As an Advisor to LTSE, Michelle consults with LTSE Listing clients on governance and listing policy. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Long-Term Stock Exchange, where she previously served as Interim CEO, Board Chair, and President. As one of the first employees of LTSE, Michelle led the regulatory process that resulted in LTSE’s approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the development and approval of the Exchange’s listing standards. She currently serves as an Independent Director at Blackstone Credit. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Her experience includes serving in senior roles at the New York Stock Exchange and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc., and as a securities lawyer. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
