Disclosures, Notifications, and Forms for LTSE-Listed Companies
For company events, recordkeeping changes and other notifications required under LTSE rules, including Rule 14.207, dual-listed companies should submit all applicable notifications, related forms and supporting materials as provided to the primary listing exchange to continuedlisting@longtermstockexchange.com.
*Current LTSE listed companies requesting a symbol change must complete Parts I and III of this form.
Dual-listed companies are also encouraged to promptly disclose material news as required by LTSE Rule 14.207(b)(1) (Disclosure of Material Information) to continuedlisting@longtermstockexchange.com.
If a dual-listed company receives a notification of deficiency from LTSE, it must submit the form provided below tocontinuedlisting@longtermstockexchange.com in accordance with the requirements of LTSE Rule 14.207(b)(2).
