Transaction Fees
LTSE Members are charged per share fees or provided per share rebates based on shares executed within each of the fee code categories below.
All fees/(rebates) per share for securities >= $1.00 or a % of total dollar value (TDV = Total Dollar Value) for securities < $1.00.

Notes
- The Reserve Quantity of an order is treated as adding displayed volume, and thus, the rebate for adding displayed volume applies to any Reserve Quantity of an order.
Definitions
- “NBBO Joiner” means an order posted on the Exchange that matches the national best bid or offer (“NBBO”).
- “NBBO Setter” means an order posted on the Exchange that establishes the NBBO on LTSE.
- “NBBO” is defined in LTSE Rule 11.410(b).
Additional Fees
- Additional fees are set forth in Chapter 15 of the LTSE Rulebook. Such fees include an Annual Membership Fee, Regulatory Transaction Fees collected to fund LTSE’s Section 31 obligations and fees.

Connectivity Fees
Our platform supports order entry, drop copy, and market data connectivity via direct cross-connect, extranet, or telco providers. Production cross-connects (NY4) are always equalized, while Disaster Recovery (CH1) cross-connects are non-equalized.
