She has over 25 years experience leading global teams in strategy and business building, operationalizing integrated customer experiences, brand development, go to market, digital channel, and product. Dale has expertise in client-facing team readiness, culture building, and coaching leaders to thrive while driving long-term business results. She was the founder of her own executive leadership coaching practice.
