David Berger is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate governance and M&A litigation as well as rapid response shareholder activism and corporate governance risk oversight. David is a member of the American Law Institute and an advisor to the Restatement of the Law, Corporate Governance. He is a senior fellow at NYU’s Center for Corporate Governance and Finance, and has been a visiting professor at several law schools including Harvard and NYU. David has an active pro bono practice, serves as a director of several non-profit enterprises, and previously served on the board of directors of the California Culinary Academy.
