Lisa has 25+ years of experience advising and scaling high-growth companies and returning value to shareholders through organic growth, IPO and acquisitions. She has regulatory experience as well as experience with successfully taking a company IPO. Lisa joins us most recently from LendingTree, where she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, she has GC experience at Axiom Global Inc., and Enova International, Inc., as well as early career experience in-house at JPMorgan Chase and in private practice. She also serves as Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, and currently resides in Chicago. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
