Sarah brings more than 15 years experience in HR. She joined LTSE from Stitch Fix, where she led the People & Culture Business Partner team focused on supporting high volume business units through growth, automation, and culture transformation. Sarah has held leadership roles in complex, global, publicly traded organizations including General Mills and AT&T, as well as privately-held, entrepreneurial environments including Zen4, a wellness startup she co-founded in 2017. Sarah is passionate about building great leaders, diversity, equity, and inclusion and is on a mission to disrupt how companies build high performing people-first organizations. Sarah holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a M.S. in Human Resources and Industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.
