Kathy Sampson was Deputy General Counsel of the International Securities Exchange (ISE), the first all-electronic options exchange in the U.S., for 14 years, where she helped develop market structure, regulatory framework, and trading rules. Prior to joining the ISE, Kathy was an associate attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York City. Previously, she worked in the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation in Washington.
