
Riham is a senior marketing and communications executive with more than 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, brand differentiation, and client acquisition across financial services, insurance, and healthcare. She has led marketing transformations at global institutions, including Freddie Mac, where, as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the $3 trillion single-family business, she repositioned the brand, expanded market share, delivered record-breaking marketing performance outcomes, and strengthened partnerships with regulators and consumer advocates.
Previously, Riham led strategic marketing and communications initiatives at Marsh & McLennan, Prudential Financial, Zurich, Chubb, and AIG, and most recently drove brand-led growth and patient acquisition at BJC HealthCare. A recognized industry thought leader, she has been honored by HousingWire, Ragan Communications, PR Daily, and Becker’s. Riham holds a master’s degree in economics from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University in Cairo.
