James brings more than 30 years of finance, operations, corporate development, and strategic leadership experience to LTSE. His career spans investment banking, capital markets, fintech, investment management, and venture-backed companies. He has led organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and operational scale while overseeing finance, fundraising, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

‍

Prior to joining LTSE, James served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Entrypoint Capital. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Tradeweb, Instinet/Chi-X Global, Citigroup, Vie Financial Group/Optimark, Merrill Lynch, and Lazard, where he led corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, product development, business development, and market structure initiatives. James is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and earned his B.A. in English Literature from New York University.
