Description of the Issue: Inbound CQS information for CTA symbols was not being processed due to a network configuration issue discovered during the morning startup process.
Corrective Action: The configuration was corrected and upon restart the primary application began operating normally.
All LTSE systems are operating normally.

Description of the Issue: LTSE observed that a subset of the production CQS multicast channels were encountering a network routing issue. During this period, CTA symbols in the impacted range (ELY-IWF) would not have been receiving NBBO updates and could potentially have traded at incorrect prices. Additionally, resting orders on LTSE in the affected symbols would not have had their prices slide in response to changes in the NBBO.
Corrective Action: LTSE worked with our third party network provider to remediate the issue and normal operations resumed at 10:58:24. Market Operations has reached out to any members with trades on LTSE affected by this outage.
All LTSE systems are currently operating normally.

LTSE had an issue processing inbound CTA quotes in the symbol range ELY-IWF.
During this time, all outbound quotes and trade information being sent by LTSE were unaffected.
The symbols in that range were not halted as previously indicated because the issue was corrected by 10:58 ET.

Description of the Issue: LTSE observed that its connectivity to the UTP SIP became unstable around 3:47 PM ET, impacting its ability to display quotes and trades in UTP securities to the SIP.
Corrective Action: LTSE determined that a third party provider of connectivity for the SIP experienced an outage. The Exchange re-established full connectivity at 4:16 PM ET. LTSE confirmed that no trades were impacted by this incident.
All LTSE systems are operating normally.

Our trading system experienced an issue on Tuesday, January 25 resulting in two clearly erroneous trades which led to an investigation that revealed our software was not performing as expected. To proactively address the potential for any broader market impact, we elected to halt trading at 1:00pm for the remainder of the day. We have identified and remediated the source of the issue and will resume normal trading today, Wednesday, January 26.
Long-Term Stock Exchange will remain halted for the remainder of the day. We will continue to update you about our system status pre-open tomorrow.

Earlier today, LTSE observed that certain members were experiencing intermittent delays on order acknowledgements. The Exchange identified the source of these delays, which related to a configuration change at the FIX gateway level, and contacted affected members to reset their connections.
LTSE has identified the issue and normal operations will resume on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.

No quotes have come in today and in light of the fact that today is quad witching day, our intent is for the industry to treat any quotes from LTSE as manual for the remainder of the day.
LTSE experienced message handling delays just before the 4pm close to the Regular trading phase. The situation resolved shortly after 4pm.

At approximately 09:30:01 AM ET yesterday, September 9, a subset of members experienced delayed and unacknowledged responses on their FIX order entry sessions. A messaging related issue with an internal application triggered an event that impacted normal operations.
The messaging issue was resolved by 10:13:04 AM ET. All outstanding delayed messages were delivered and any unacknowledged orders were reconciled with the affected member sessions.
The technology team has identified the issue and is implementing changes to mitigate further occurrences in the future.
