The Board of the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE) has named Maliz Beams Interim CEO. Beams will continue in her role as CEO of the LTSE Group and as Chair of the LTSE Group Board. Former LTSE Exchange CEO Bill Harts will stay on to support the Exchange as an advisor.

The Board of the Long-Term Stock Exchange(LTSE) has named Maliz Beams Interim CEO. Beams will continue in her role asCEO of the LTSE Group and as Chair of the LTSE Group Board. Former LTSEExchange CEO Bill Harts will stay on to support the Exchange as an advisor.

Beams brings over 30 years of leadership infinance and business and leads LTSE in convening innovative companies and long-term investors. She believes that strong member relationships, disciplined execution, and a clear focus on customer needs are the foundation for building a durable business.
